When a project becomes inactive or a reference becomes irrelevant, we can archive it to hide it from the main view and reduce clutter in our workspace.
Archiving is an alternative to deleting a page, as we may need the page's contents again in the future.
To mark a database page as archived, check the "Archive" checkbox property.
