The difference between the Notes and Notebooks databases in the Second Brain template is primarily about organization and categorization.
Notes
This database is for capturing your individual thoughts, meeting notes, personal reflections, and other types of information that originate internally. Notes are categorized into different types, such as Fleeting, Literature, Project, and Permanent notes, inspired by the Zettelkasten method. Notes can start in an "Inbox" status and be moved to "Draft" or "Permanent" depending on their importance and relevance.
Notebooks
This database is used to group similar types of notes together. For example, you might have a notebook for all your meeting notes or another for project-specific notes. Notebooks provide a way to view and organize your notes by type, making it easier to find and reference them when needed. Creating a new notebook will automatically generate a database view of the Notes database within it.
