To clarify, Notion does not have folders but instead uses databases and pages. This means that Projects, Areas, and Resources each have their own separate database that holds the corresponding pages. The Archive is a property within each page, and checking the Archive checkbox will hide the page from all database views except the Archive view.
In the Second Brain template, there is a page called PARA that aims to simplify the use of Notion as a Second Brain especially for new users of the software. Here, you can see each of the respective database views from Projects to Archive from top to bottom.
